Jason Eid, Owner
Jason is the third generation owner of Eid-Co Homes, taking over the position of president in 2007. Jason is continuing the company tradition of providing affordable housing and home ownership in our communities. Eid-Co Homes has several home building designations, including Certified Green Professional (CGP), Certified Aging-In-Place Specialist (CAPS), and North Dakota Professional Builder (NDPB). Jason is a third generation Concordia College graduate. He is a Life Delegate with the National Association of Home Builders. He served as the president of the FM Home Builders Association in 2009 and was named Builder of the Year in Fargo-Moorhead and for North Dakota in 2011. Jason and his wife Kristie have three children and a Border Collie mix, Maeve.
Terry Okins, Accounting Manager & Office Manager
Terry is your first point of contact at Eid-Co Homes. She always provides customer service with a smile and one of her most famous characteristics is her sharp wit – be prepared to keep up with her! Terry has been with Eid-Co Homes for 30 years – her favorite thing about her job is the variety that each day brings. She keeps all of the accounting in order, so if you ever have questions, you can give Terry a call. Terry grew up in East Grand Forks, MN; she now lives in Fargo with her husband Tom. They have two grown children, one granddaughter, and twin grandsons who keep them busy.
Debra Fletcher, Chief Financial Officer
Debra has a knack for putting the financial pieces of the puzzle together. She’s been doing that for Eid-Co Homes since 1988. Debra grew up in Fargo and liked it so much she decided to stay. Debra is a morning person, so you can find her in the office bright and early getting things done and crossing them off her list. Something Debra is known for is wrinkling her nose when she’s thinking about something really difficult – it’s a dead giveaway! When she’s not keeping things running around here, Debra enjoys reading and putting together puzzles. She is married to her husband Dan, and they have two children, Jacob and Sarah.
Kyle Eid, Field Operations Manager
When it comes to getting things done on our construction sites and making sure all of the details are taken care of, Kyle’s the guy getting it done. Though he always has a lot on his plate, Kyle’s known for his friendly disposition. Kyle loves to see homeowners move into the homes he’s helped build and seeing how much they love their new home. When he’s not working Kyle enjoys golfing, gardening, metal detecting, and dog agility training. He is a retired army veteran who lives in West Fargo with his wife, Lois, and Border Collies named Sushi and Jingle. The couple has two children, Ellis and Kyler.
Stephanie Lindemann
Steph joined the Eid-Co Homes family in the summer of 2017. As a Realtor and a former remodeling contractor with 15 years of experience in the construction industry, Stephanie brings a lot of knowledge and character to the purchasing and estimating side of Eid-Co Homes. She has a Construction Management degree from NDSU. When she’s not at work she enjoys going to the lake, traveling, golfing and watching Vikings football. She has a 3 year old son, a loving husband, and a 1 year old German Shepard to keep her on her toes at home.
